We will not advertise nor solicit for inspections in a manner which is false misleading, or exaggerated.
We are committed to excellence, to our customers, to teamwork, to quality, and to improving the industry.
We will not express opinions unrelated to the inspections, including opinions on property values.
We will provide a complete disclosure of our inspection results.
We will not disclose inspection results to any third party without consent of the customer.
We will not use negative comments about any other inspection company or association.
We readily agree to periodic reviews of our reports and processes by NAPI. |
