• We will not render service in a careless, reckless, or negligent manner.

• We will not offer to repair items at the inspection site for a minimum of one year after the inspection.
• We will not submit an estimate for repairs of the inspection site.
• We will not recommend any repair service in which we have an interest.
• We will not accept any favors or any form of commissions other than the prior agreed upon inspection cost.
• We will provide an unbiased, detailed and accurate report of our findings. No additional verbiage will be required.
• We will conduct ourselves in a professional businesslike manner.
• We will not advertise nor solicit for inspections in a manner which is false, misleading, or exaggerated.
• We are committed to excellence, to our customers, to teamwork, to quality, and to improving the industry.
• We will not express opinions unrelated to the inspections, including opinions on property values.
• We will provide a complete a complete disclosure of our inspection results.
• We will not disclose inspection results to any third party without consent of the customer.
• We will not use negative comments about any other inspection company or association.
• We readily agree to periodic reviews of our reports and processes by NAPI.
